Shipping Policy

                            


We ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. Items are shipped by UPS or Fed Ex by regular Ground Shipment, unless another method is available and selected, or by USPS. Shipping costs will be added and calculated at check out in your cart.
 Our Return Policy  In order to return an item, you must contact us by email and request a Return Authorization Form. A form will be emailed to you. You must fill out the form and email it back to us. We will then notify you via email of approved return being authorized. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for Returning Merchandise. You must file a damage complaint with the carrier, if needed and instructed to do so. Note: It is the Customer's (Buyer's) full responsibility to ensure that
the correct shipping address information is given  to us.
In the event
that incorrect or wrong information is given for the shipping address,
and we do not receive a correction on the shipping address from you,
and your order is then canceled, due to being undeliverable, there is a
$10.00 Order Cancellation Fee that will be charged to you,  as well as a 25%
restocking fee,  as well as the associated shipping costs, if the order
shipped. The $10.00 order cancellation fee, the 25 % restocking fee the
associated shipping costs, if applicable,  will be charged to the customer, (buyer).
The remaining amount left will be refunded to the customer. The refund process will be
completed within 30 to 45 days, from the order cancellation date.
Note: In the event you want to cancel your order,  There is a $10.00 Order
Cancellation Fee. There is also a 25% restocking fee, and associated shipping costs,
if the order shipped. These fees will be charged to the customer, (buyer). The remaining amount of the order total will then be refunded back to the customer, if a refund is requested.
The refund process will be completed within 30 to 45 days, from the order cancellation date.
Please note:, Not all orders will be eligible for cancellation, depending on the
circumstances and the stage the order is in.




 
Our Company Policies On Out Of Stock Items
 Note: Our Company Policies Concerning Out Of Stock Items
In the event an item or items is currently/temporarily out of stock, we will notify the customer, (buyer), via email informing them of the item(s) out of stock. We will send Three emails to the customer, (buyer). The customer, (buyer) has 7 Days to respond from our first notification email. The customer, (buyer) must inform us of which remedy they choose. They must choose one of the following: 1. Full Refund. 2. Partial Refund. 3. Credit To Their Account. 4. Backorder The Item(s). 5. Substitute The Item(s).
It is vital and important, that the customer, (buyer) responds and notifies us within 7 days from our first notification email. Any and All orders that involve out of stock items, are AUTOMATICALLY Put On Backorder, if no response is received from the customer, (buyer), within the 7 day period. Once a Backorder is initiated, it Cannot be reversed, changed, or altered. The customer, (buyer) will receive an email from us, notifying them that the item(s) are back in stock and will be shipped to the shipping address given, for that order. All Backordered items are placed on automatic shipping, once back in stock. In the event you want to cancel your order, and you have already been notified that the item(s) are back in stock and ready to ship, there will be a $10.00 Order Cancellation Fee, plus a 25% Restocking Fee, and
associated shipping costs, if the order shipped. These fees will be charged to the customer, (buyer). The remaining amount of the order total will then be refunded back to the customer. If the customer wants to cancel the order after failure to respond to our email notification that the items ordered were out of stock,  there will be a $10.00 Order Cancellation Fee. These fees will be charged to the customer, (buyer). The remaining amount of the order total will then be refunded back to the customer.
